Poultry Litter Removal Equipment Machine Information

Poultry litter removal machine is widely used for egg layer and broiler chicken cage equipment. Both scraper manure collecting machine and belt manure removal equipment include longitudinal manure removing and transveral manure conveyor for poultry farms.

Transversal/lateral chicken manure conveyor belt collects the chicken manure dropped on the manure belt due to gravity and transfer the chicken manure out of poultry shed. The crosswise chicken manure conveyor belt is installed in a special channel or pit.

Chicken manure lifting belt collects poultry litter waste on transversal conveyor belt and transports it to the height of the chicken manure truck.

Poultry Litter Removal Equipment Machine Features

The structure of the conveyor belt type manure collector is composed of: motor deceleration equipment, chain drive, main and forced rollers, and manure bearing belts. It is used on the stacked chicken cage equipment. The conveyor belt manure cleaner is installed on each tier of chicken cages.

When the manure cleaning machine starts, the poultry litter removal equipment is operated by the motor and reducer through the automatic rollers of each layer of the chain. The friction force is generated under the forced roller and the automatic roller, and the manure-bearing belt moves along the cage group. Moving in the length direction, the chicken manure is transported to end part, and it is scraped off by the manure scraper set at the end, and then the manure cleaning work is completed.

The conveyor belt type manure remover uses the most advanced national standard cycloidal pinwheel reducer to ensure the rationality of the output transmission ratio. The overall surface of the drive roller of manure cleaner is covered with rubber, which increases the friction and can effectively solve the manure removal. With the problem of deviation, and at the same time extend the use time of the manure belt, manure cleaner will install an inclined scraper at the tail of each manure belt, and install two secondary scrapers under the response of the manure belt rotation.
